Natalia Narochnitskaya and John Laughland debate the Ukrainian Foreign Minister in Amsterdam

On 2 April 2016, Natalia Narochnitskaya and John Laughland, respectively President and Director of Studies of IDC Paris, debated Pavlo Klimkin, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, and others, at a public event in a theatre in central Amsterdam just days before the Dutch referendum on the EU-Ukraine association agreement (held on 6 April).

The debate was organised by the Nexus Institute and chaired by its president, Rob Riemen.

The other speakers were Harry van Bommel, Dutch MP; Eugene Czolij, the president of the Ukrainian World Congress; Ivan Krastev of the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna; and Ivan Vejvoda of the German Marshall Fund in Washington DC.
