IDC at OSCE conference

Date de publication: 18.11.2010

On 10 June 2010, IDC's special representative, Dr. Bernard Owen, president of the Centre for the Comparative Study of Elections in Paris and course director at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, addressed the OSCE conference held in Copenhagen on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Copenhagen document on the human dimension of the CSCE.  It was this document which set the stage for the transition from Communism to democracy but it contained a number of provisions which, in IDC's and Dr Owen's opinion, should be reviewed.  Read his text in full here.
